Dr. Shirin Parsno (Principal Dentist)
Dr Shirin Parsno graduated as a dentist from the renowned Karolinska Institutet in Sweden in 1996. In 2002 she studied postgraduate implantology with Professor Branemark at the Branemark Institute in Gothenburg. In 2003 she completed her implant training with Professor Scher in London, and became a Fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists (ICOI). She is registered with the UK General Dental Council, no. 72794. In 2013 she was awarded the prestigious diplomate of the ICOI, its highest award.
Dr Parsno is passionate about her principal areas of excellence, namely cosmetic dentistry and implantology, where she strives to achieve perfection. She is based with her own very experienced team at Nova Dental Care, but assists two other London practices as the consulting implantologist. She treats in excess of one hundred cases per year, including complex bite corrections.
Dr Parsno's research interests include the use of nanotechnology in implantology and bone grafting. She has collaborated with experts at University College Hospital, London. She is a visiting lecturer at various institutes, including Istanbul Aydin University, and Central Manchester University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.
Dr Parsno is also an expert in facial rejuvenation. Her treatments include botolinum toxins, various fillers such as Radiesse ,Belotero , Juvederm , PRP injections and threading techniques but always used judiciously, resulting in subtle and natural enhancements. Dr Parsno also provides a mentoring programme for less experienced implant dentists, in partnership with Osstem Implant UK. Dr Parsno is fluent in English, Swedish, Turkish and Farsi as well as good working knowledge of German.

Dr Morvarid Simiab (Orthodontist)
Dr Morvarid Simiab qualified as a dental surgeon in 1996. She has been awarded with a Master of in Health Sciences and a Master of Science in Dental Sciences and DDS. Following her qualification, she worked for 3 years as general dentist treating both children and adults. Dr Morvarid's special interests were cosmetic dentistry and surgical removal of wisdom teeth. She then underwent postgraduate specialist training in Orthodontics and qualified as Specialist in Orthodontics from Copenhagen Dental School, Denmark in 2002. Since then she has been practicing in both NHS and private practices in Denmark and UK while lecturing Orthodontics in Copenhagen Dental School. She has undertaken several different courses in surgical dentistry, pediatrics, surgical implantology, radiology ect, and is up to date with all courses recommended by GDC. Being committed to developing her skills further, she has undertaken numerous diplomas and postgraduate training courses in Orthodontics to keep her knowledge up to date. She is currently a member of GDC (General Dental Council), BDA (British Dental Association) and EOS (European Orthodontic Society).

Sarah Askarian (Practice Manager)
Sara is the Practice Manager at Nova dental Care. She studied Business Administration. Sara has been qualified in the UK as a dental nurse. Her friendly and approachable manner makes patients feel at ease from the moment they enter the practice. She is well organised and is responsible for the day to day running of the practice. Her GDC registration number is 254638.
Kristina Bluhm (Dental Hygienist)
Kristina Bluhm qualified as a Dental Hygienist at the renowned Malmoe University in Sweden in 1994. She moved to London in 2008 . She is passionate about the prevention of tooth decay and periodontal disease. She focuses on educating her patients about good oral hygiene, without losing sight of a holistic approach to their health and lifestyle choices generally.Kristina treats children and adults of all ages. She is kind, empathetic and sensitive to your every need.

Lenka Siketova (Dental Nurse)
Lenka, originally from Slovakia graduated in 1998 with a degree in languages (Slovak, Spanish, and French) and History.
Lenka came to the UK in 2003 working as a childminder and later receptionist in North London GP practice, until 2008 when her daughter was born.
In October 2012 Lenka enrolled a Diploma in Dental Nursing in UK, which she successfully completed in January 2014 followed by GDC registration. During this period Lenka had worked in NHS and private practices in North London.
In March 2014, Lenka joined the specialist periodontics and implant practice in Harley Street, London, where she learned ‘teeth in a day’ technique.
Lenka joined our practice in March 2016.
Outside of work, Lenka loves spending time with her daughter swimming or taking short brakes.
